I am not a native Texan and sometimes this fact comes to the forefront, for example: when we're talking about cheese dip. It is CHEESE DIP. You can call it "queso," mi amigo, but it is cheese and it is a dip. That said, however, I do not remember a time before breakfast tacos. I know that 25 years or so exists, i just don't remember it all that well.

    I've been here about 8 years and I can't believe I lived for so long without breakfast tacos. My fav is the "don juan" from Juan in a Million. Yum. Yum. Yum.
