Not for Driving

I haven't posted a drink recipe in a while and since these were being made in our kitchen Saturday night, here you go:

Golden Cadillac
1 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
2 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz light cream


Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend at low speed for ten seconds. Strain into a champagne flute and serve.


They sure seemed to make everyone happy...though not particularly able to drive.
