..but we need the rain

I think it rained more on my way to work this morning than it did the entire months of January and February. yes, we do need the rain, but does it have to fall all at once? And can the person who was driving in front of me on my way down South First Street explain why stomping on your brakes at the sight of a puddle is going to do either of us any good? Unless, of course, you need a new car and you think I have good insurance.
