My g-brother Tony is over in Kyrgyzstan with the Guard and took time out to go visit a couple of local orphanages. Of course that got me to googling and it seems this person apparently has a lot of knowledge about adopting from Kyrgyzstan if Tony's post gets that maternal/paternal urge going..
