A little whine and cheese...

The Austin American-Statesman's food guy writes a handy article on bringing your own wine to restaurants. Note: nowhere in here does it say it's okay to bring a BOX with a SPIGOT (I'm looking at you, fellow Estancia patron last week in July) I'm not sure I agree with his tipping policy of 20% of what the bottle is worth, but I'm pretty sure that as a person about to be married to a sommelier, I'm not allowed to say that in public.
