Dinner

(I told my boss this earlier and she was slightly horrified) This is what I've had for dinner both Tuesday and Wednesday night--

baby carrots with ranch dip on 1/3 of the plate, baked fries with ketchup on another third and to round it all off: 5 vanilla wafers with peanut butter. Washed down with a big glass of milk.

I know. I really wasn't kidding about having the palate of a 4 year old right now. I'm trying hard to convince myself to go get a salad for dinner tonight, but I'm telling you: the 'nillas are calling my name.

I will worry when you go for the dino shaped chicken nuggets and applesauce. Otherwise, enjoy.

I guess it speaks to my palate when I say that that doesn't sound that bad to me! I'm certainly no gourmet, but you have your protein, your vegetable, and your calcium, all in one meal.

Oh, and I gained 50 pounds when I was pregnant. Maybe you shouldn't read this comment.

I have totally eyed those dinosaur nuggets. So far, I've refrained. I know some people (cough cough MOM and KATE cough) are wanting to know if I am "fluffy" yet. And the answer is: slightly. There is a pooch.

Yeah, Pooch! This calls for a photo! (kidding)

I like that Allison chick-anyone who gains 50 and isn't afraid to admit it is a kindred spirit. Be grateful Mom doesn't work in bakery.
