Putting the "boom" in Boomhauer

yes, he is this ridiculous all the time. No, he's not a cocker, I think he is a cockazhu, maybe. (cocker/shih tzu). As best I can guess, he spends a majority of his time running full blast into furniture/walls/etc, tumbling hiney over head and then promptly taking off in the opposite direction to do exactly the same thing.
