Ok, so my dad texted me a picture of his Halloween costume this past weekend, and I... ok, I need some help here.

What is he supposed to be? Razorback Elvis? And why is he doing the Cosby dance? Or is that just how his arms naturally go now when a camera flash goes off? Are those... PEANUTS on his jacket? Or did he park under a tree of particularly constipated birds?
