My beautiful, loving and kind sister has a birthday today! Lookie, isn't she cute?
For her birthday, she wants people to commit a random act of kindness and post it to her facebook wall. See? I told you she was nice. Me? I'm trying to think of what my random act of kindness will be. For my first act, I choose not to post any of the multiple photos I have from our childhood where Kate's hair looked like Moses was hired by Dippity Doo to style her center part.
You may not think that's a very nice thing, but trust me, you haven't seen the photos. For my second act of kindness, I chose not to wake my oldest son up by banging pots over his head at 6am despite the fact that he kept me awake til 11 last night insisting that there was "No More Bedtime for Hoppers ANYMORE." Yeah, that would have a lot more "punch" to it, if you hadn't fallen asleep in the middle of the floor mid-wail, kid. Oh wait, that's not very random. Or kind. Kate is always nice to everyone all the time. Even though sometimes when we take family photos together, it looks like the other sister and I are plotting to strangle her. We weren't. We just normally look like that.
