Ah, Friday Work Days...
yeah, we’re really productive at work on Fridays.. .We’re talking about grilling corn on the cob and how it should be cooked. There’s some discussion about whether you should leave the husks on or not.. I think: Yes, you should by the way. Peel them down, take off the silks and soak the corn in water so the husks won't burn. Keeping the husks on helps steam-cook the corn. Keep them on the grill about 20 minutes(turning and checking) or until they feel soft. Paula agrees with me too.
(and by the way, you gotta love Paula. Is there anything she doesn't wrap in bacon??)
