Fiesta in San Antonio and Easter are coming up and that means you should have started making your cascarones already..
unless of course you live in Austin or San Antonio where you can just pick them up at HEB. And when you bust out the cascarones, try not to do like my family does. Don't put them down anyone's pants or bonk someone over the head giving them a concussion with them. You're supposed to "shower [the recipient] with good fortune" you know, not: "send to the hospital...with good fortune."
