Alternative

I haven't posted a drink recipe in a long time and since I think Eggnog is Eggnasty, here's a great alternative. But please, for the love of god and your liver, stop at two. You will thank me later.

4 cups milk
1 tablet ( 3/4 ounce) Abuelas chocolate squares (available at Central Market) OR other Mexican chocolate like Ibarra
4 ounces \** good tequila
Heat milk in saucepan on high until scalded. Remove from heat. Put chocolate tablet in blender and chop.*** Add tequila. Pour hot milk in blender and mix well. (Be careful blending hot ingredients.) Makes 4 drinks.

**an ounce per drink is pretty reasonable. If you really want to put hair on your chest, you can add a bit more, but don't go crazy or then it'll just taste like ass.
*** we've also adjusted this when the blender was on the blink by just melting the chocolate in with the milk, crumbling it in, adding the hootch after you take the milk off the stove. Either way works.
