Anyone lucky enough to watch the season premiere of America's Next Top Model was treated to this statement by Brain Trust Kathleen:

(when asked about her feelings about fur)

Kathleen**: Well, I'm not okay with it if the animal is alive, but I think if the animal is already dead, then it's okay to skin it and use the fur to make a coat. You know sometimes animals fight and stuff and there are dead animals in the jungle and the forest.

Judge Twiggy: Yeah, that's not how they get fur coats, hon.
