Public Service Announcement

Kinda scary:you might have read there is a MAJOR dog (and cat)food recall going on right now. The manager at Petsmart told me today that it is only affecting WET food, not kibble, but there are major brands affected--including Eukanuba, Iams, Nutro, Authority, etc. If you have any cans of wet food from any of these brands, please throw it out. There have been cases of major illness, kidney failure and even death--they do not yet know what the cause is but whatever it is, it's serious. just a tip--if you really NEED to have soft food in the meantime--try adding a bit of hot water to regular kibble in a food processor for a few seconds, adding more hot water as needed-it makes a pretty good mush.
