Confession: I don't actually eat crawfish. I have nothing against the taste, it's the ripping off of heads that gets to me every time. However, there's always the corn, sausage, mushrooms, potatos, artichokes, cheesy-jalapeno cornbread, red beans and rice, Zapps and 4-5 really chocolatey chocolate chip cookies. burp.
