I vote that no matter what, Chief Little Big Head become the official nickname of the peanut.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think you have to rule out any of the names even if you've already given them to a dog! Although two Ferguses in the family might be a bit much.

allison, actually there were at least two names from this list on our shortlist for girl names and at least one name on this list still on our shortlist for boys... though I won't tell you guys which one. :)

It isn't Fergus, though.

I love how the permanent resident pups are in all-caps. That's sweet.

If these aren't already on your short list, you should definitely consider Bing, Domino, and Wren. I also noticed how you have no boy names starting with J on this list, so maybe look into those? Jaguar? Justin? James?

yeah and did you notice I have a thing for B names? I never realized that til I wrote them all down.

oh and Melissa--the idea of Chief Little Big Head makes me nervous. How bout Chief Big LITTLE Head?

I mean, that's the power of positive thinking...

Yay! I've made an impact already! (I mean, not really. I like to think positively though. Did you know that Allison, although now traditionally a girl's name, was originally a boy's name? Just a thought.)
