UPDATE:

just in case you're curious, I tried the acupuncture on Friday. It hasn't worked (yet). At least not in any obvious way where I don't feel the kid's noggin right underneath my rib cage. I would imagine that, at this late in the game, I would feel him move around if he did a complete flip. We'll get another ultrasound tomorrow and see. Sam, for his part keeps talking to him and asking him to turn, only it would probably be more effective if he didn't do it talking in a falsetto voice while tickling me.
