The Pie Incident

My mom wrote a blog entry today about how her grandchildren so very cutely worked together to cook her an omelet the other day and how the four of us, her own children, really never worked as a team to prepare a meal for her when we were kids.

Let me just say that she is obviously blocking out the time that the four of us baked her a Crawdad Pie. Ok, fine, so we didn't know to take off the shells and we didn't cook it long enough so a couple of them might have actually been still trying to escape when we served it to her... but IT WAS A TEAM EFFORT.

You're mom has a blog?

oh yes. I don't know if she wants it publicized or no. But it exists.

i cannot tell you how mixed up I am about this. I am equally frightened and intrigued.

My mom doesn't even know what a blog is. LOL

A lot of team work was put into that pie. AND I never claimed to cook, like cooking, and could cook. So there.

BUT I can make a mean artichoke dip. It really tastes good after 2-3 glasses of wine!!! :)
